The Stout Brothers

The Stout Brothers are a two piece outfit offering audience a slice of relaxed informal acoustic music.

It’s an eclectic mix of material, some their own, some well known, some traditional, some not so well known and occasionally, just shamelessly popular.

There’s an undeniably ‘Scottish feel’ to what they play, be it contemporary or traditional, but that’s probably down to nothing more than Stewart’s Glasgow accent and Neil’s love of a Celtic riff.

Neil is a multi-instrumentalist with well trodden experience in, Folk, Rock and Country genres. Stewart, a relative newcomer to folk music, has a love for story driven songs and choruses that warm an audience.
