Our guests are Bunyan’s Oak
April 31st

Bunyan’s Oak are three guys who love to sing and share a fondness for shanties, songs of the sea, work songs, and most of all, songs with good choruses.
John Eagling, Brian Mander and Martin Banks were all members of the now disbanded Redbornstoke Morris, famed not just for its Ampthill, Scouthall and Marston dance traditions, but also as a singing side it was always good to have around.
Now these three have come together to bring some of that repertoire, and other songs picked up along the way, to folk clubs and festivals.

It was great to have them give us a couple of songs at a recent singaround and we are really looking forward to welcoming them back for a full gig and what will be a terrific night.
Make sure that you be in good voice!!!
