Kathy and Minnie have had the pleasure of creating music together in both The Company of Players and Said The Maiden.
As these projects took a step back that realised that they really missed making music together. Having played some shows together, mostly performing Minnie’s songs and enjoyed that too, there was a big gap still for having opportunities to pay tribute to and rework traditional folk songs that have, and continue, to shape their musical journeys.
So, they decided to create a folk duo.
We are really excited to welcome Kathy & Minnie back to Watford and to hearing them as “Awake Mother” for the first time.
