Our sing-arounds are legendary within the local folk community so come and enjoy a friendly welcoming evening and share your songs, tunes, poems and stories or just come and listen.

Turnwrest is 12 years old this summer – and is now in its 4th iteration, consisting of Chris, Liz and Mark Lawley.
Turnwrest sing a wide range of material, old and not so old so bring your singing voices for There Will Be Choruses!
Previous members include Dudley Edmunds, Dave Auld, and Linda Birmingham, but there were only ever 4 of them on stage at the same time.
Turnwrest has appeared at St Albans Folk Day, FarmFest, the London Maritime Museum, Gloucester Shanty Festival (as the Auld Shanty Crew) and the big National Waterways bun fight in Cassiobury Park, not forgetting Folk in the Park on the bandstand, and Watford Fringe beneath a very soggy gazebo beside the pond.
